Update on the fire code violation

I called the DC Fire Marshall yesterday and lodged a formal complaint.

The good news is that they will be by the building sometime this week to investigate.

The bad news is that Anthony got locked in the vestibule again today. He was able to rouse our second-floor neighbor, Jackie, and get out of the building so no frantic 9-1-1 calls today. Good karma all around for Jackie! YAY!

Now if we could only get our slumlord to fix the door...
